Life is holistic, you simply cannot isolate the skills, you have to have to them all under your arsenal to beat the competition!

🌱 GROWTH PAINS: Leaders are learners. The best leaders I know are always evolving, and guess what? It’s uncomfortable. Growth means facing your weaknesses head-on. Scary? I know, But it is absolutely. Worth it? 1000%.

💬 COMMUNICATION IS KEY: Being a good communicator isn’t just about talking. It’s about LISTENING. Truly listening. Most leaders mess up here. Being a leader is about being about to hear the feedback and iterate on your product. You can create an environment first when feedback is actively encouraged and it can only be done via good communication.

🌍 CULTURE SHOCK: Leading a diverse team? It’s like being a UN diplomat. Different backgrounds, different expectations. Navigating this takes serious skill and endless patience.

🎢 EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER: Let’s be real, leading is emotionally taxing. The highs are exhilarating, but the lows can be soul-crushing. Resilience isn’t a trait, it’s a practice.
